Xiu-Wen Wang, male, the Han nationality, born in July 1975 in Ningxia. He graduated from the Beijing Jiaotong University with a master's degree in professional accounting. Since August 1996, he has been engaged in accounting work, and served as the financial officer, the chief of labor and capital section, the minister of planning and finance, and senior accountant for many years. He has presided over the preparation and management of cost operation and fixed assets overhaul and change plan of railway basic stations and depots, the financial accounting and capital supervision of railway construction projects, and the entrusted operation mode, railway branch accounting and cost clearing of joint venture railway companies. In addition, he has published papers on the optimization design of the profit model of the joint venture railway company, and independently completed the research on the tax planning of the railway water and electricity expenses.
