In recent years, with the continuous improvement of China's economy and the expansion of the construction scale of water conservancy projects, higher requirements have been put forward for the construction and project management of water conservancy engineering enterprises in the aspect of sustainable development of science and environment protection.
The book includes three main sections, and is divided into ten chapters. The first chapter outlines the overview and development trend of water conservancy projects and the innovation of water conservancy construction technology and management. Then the water conservancy construction is divided into three chapters: basic engineering, earthwork and dam construction technology of small and medium-sized reservoirs. Finally, the project management of water conservancy construction was elaborated from six chapters: water conservancy project management, tendering and bidding management, project quality management, safety management, water conservancy construction environmental protection and civilized construction, and water conservancy project archive management. It includes the theory and technology of water project construction and project management as much as possible, which will contribute to the modernization and sustainable development of water resources in China.
Li-Jun Yin, male, born in Beijing in August 1972. He graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University in 1996 with a major in underground engineering and tunnel engineering, and from Tianjin University in 2004 with a master’s degree in structural engineering. He is an expert in tunnel engineering and has engaged in the construction and supervision of projects. He participated in the construction and management of several high-speed railway. His several papers and methods won prizes. His research outcome entitled “Comprehensive Construction Technology of Extremely Long Tunnel under Complicated Geological Condition” won the second prize of national science and technology progress award.
Jian Sun, male, the Han nationality, born in Dalian City of Liaoning Province in April 1977. He graduated from School of Architectural Engineering of Tianjin University with a bachelor's degree in June 2000. He joined the army in July 2000 and has been engaged in engineering construction and management. He is currently a senior engineer of the Qingdao Coast Defence Engineering Bureau and is a national registered A construction division. He has published more than ten papers in various academic journals in China, and won the first prize of the military science and technology progress, and the second prize of the national water conservancy and hydropower scientific and technological achievements, the third prize of military science and technology progress. He also awarded "third class" for twice, and awarded as excellent project manager of military construction unit for three times. He was responsible for the construction management of many large-scale projects inside and outside the military, and has rich theoretical and practical experience.
Hong-Qing Guo, male, the Han nationality, born in Wudi County of Shandong Province in July 1970. He graduated from Wuhan University majoring in engineering surveying, and is currently a senior engineer of Shandong Yellow River Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. He has been engaged in the construction management of water conservancy and highway projects for a long time, and has established/perfected various management methods of his own company. As the project leader, he has presided over the construction of more than 30 water conservancy hubs and culverts, and over 200 kilometers of expressways and over 30 large and medium-sized bridges of various types. Among them, he won four awards of Dayu Award from the Ministry of Water Resources, and three of the Luban Award from the Ministry of Construction. He published more than 30 papers on engineering in provincial and ministerial journals and won three national invention patent awards.
