Qiang Hua, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Nanchong City of Sichuan Province in October 1979. In 2009, he wrote the QC “Improving the Qualification Rate of Short-leg Shear Wall Pillar Construction Quality”, which won the second prize in the country. The QC “Rock Wool Quality Control for Exterior Wall” he written in 2013 won the second prize of the group. In 2019, he wrote QC “Improving the Appearance Quality of Aluminum Formwork Concrete” and won the Ⅱ Achievement of National Engineering Construction Quality Management Group Activity Achievements Exchange.

Peng Han, male, the Han nationality, born in Nan’an District of Chongqing City in November 1982. He graduated from Chongqing University in June 2013 with a bachelor’s degree. He is currently working as a project manager in Chongqing Construction Residential Engineering Co., Ltd. and is responsible for project management. He participated in the preparation of “Construction Method of Same-material Thermal Bridge Treatment for External Wall Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Self-insulation System” that won the 2014 Chongqing Municipal Construction Method, “Construction Method of Assembly Integral Staircase” that won the 2015 Chongqing Municipal Construction Method, and “Construction Method of Reverse Construction of Detachable Section Steel+ Bamboo Splint Retaining Structure” that won the 2016 Chongqing Municipal Construction Method. Also, he owned one utility model patent “A kind of Bamboo Splint Retaining Wall”.
韩鹏，男，汉族， 1982 年 11 月生，重庆市南岸区人， 2013 年 6 月毕业于重庆大学学校本科学历， 现于重庆建工住宅建设有限公司任职项目经理， 负责项目管理工作，参与编制的《外墙蒸压加气混凝土自保温系统同材质热桥处理施工工法》获得 2014年重庆市市级工法；《装配整体式楼梯施工工法》 获得 2015 年重庆市市级工法；《逆作可拆卸型钢+竹夹板挡土结构施工工法》获得 2016 年重庆市市级工法；《一种竹夹板挡墙》获得实用新型专利。
Wan-Liang Hou, male, the Han nationality, senior engineer, national certified constructor, CPC member, bachelor’s degree, born in Xiangcheng City of Henan Province in August 1967. He took part in the work in July 1988. He is currently the chief engineer of Henan Hongcheng Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., Henan construction project bid evaluation expert and technical expert, Jiaozuo Safety Committee expert, Jiaozuo divisional and sub divisional construction projects with high risk demonstration experts. He has been awarded as excellent chief engineer and excellent project manager by Henan Province and Jiaozuo City many times.
侯万亮，男，汉族， 1967 年 8 月生，河南项城人，本科学历，高级工程师，注册建造师，中共党员。 1988 年 7 月参加工作，现任河南宏程工程建设有限责任公司总工程师，河南省建设工程评标专家、技术专家，焦作市安委会专家、焦作市建设工程危险性较大分部、分项工程论证专家。多次被河南省、焦作市评为优秀总工程师、优秀项目经理。
