As a new discipline, mechanical design, manufacturing and automation combine a variety of technologies to improve the stability, usability and reliability of mechanical equipment. Mechanical equipment is more humane and intelligent. It can be seen that mechanical design, manufacturing and automation have great application and development potential.
The introduction part briefly introduces the basic situation of mechanical and mechanical equipment, mechanism and mechanical design and the development trend of China's machinery manufacturing industry. After that, it is divided into seven chapters, which respectively describe the mechanical equipment, mechanical transmission, shafting parts and connections, modern mechanical product design, mechanical manufacturing technology, measurement and detection technology and automation equipment management. Based on the scientific attitude of combining theory with practice, this book studies the current status and application examples of mechanical design, manufacturing and automation in China, and discusses the development direction of mechanical design, manufacturing and automation. This provides theoretical guidance and support for the further development of China's machinery manufacturing industry.
Yan-Dong Zheng, male, Mongolian, born in October 1980, Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, bachelor of engineering. In 2006, he graduated from Inner Mongolia University of Technology with a major in Material Processing and Control. He is the national boiler inspector, pressure vessel inspector, pipeline inspector, metrological inspector, Gansu provincial qualification assessment expert, and assessment expert of equipment testing of Dingxi government, and has obtained the certificate of ultrasonic nondestructive testing UTII and X-ray nondestructive testing RTII. He has been engaged in metrological verification testing, special equipment inspection and non-destructive testing.
Xue-Tao Wu, male, the Han nationality, born in May 1984, Baiyin, Gansu Province. In 2006, he graduated from Northwest Normal University in chemical engineering and technology. Since July 2006, he has been engaged in the inspection of non-pressure equipment and non-destructive testing at the Special Equipment Inspection Institute of Qingyang City. During this period, he obtained the certificate of boiler surveyor, pressure vessel inspector, pipeline inspector, non-destructive testing RTIII, MTIII, PTIII. Now, he is an expert in the evaluation of special equipment in Qingyang City.
Jian-Jun Wang, male, the Han nationality, born in November 1982, Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, Master of Engineering. In 2006, he graduated from the Inner Mongolia University of Technology with a major in thermal energy and power engineering. He is responsible for the supervision and inspection of the installation quality of boilers, pressure vessels and pressure pipes. In addition, he has obtained the qualification of state-level boiler inspector, pressure pipe inspector, pressure vessel inspector, magnetic powder inspection grade III, penetration inspection grade III, ultrasonic non-destructive testing UT II, X-ray non-destructive testing RT II, boiler energy efficiency testing operation grade II, metallographic examination and so on. He is a member of the Non-destructive Testing Examination Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
