He is the chairman of Ordos Zhongye Road and Bridge Company under the highway administration and he used to be the chief of maintenance section of Erdos Highway Administration Bureau in Inner Mongolia, and the director of highway management work areas in Wushen Banner, Dalate Banner and Yijinholo banner of Erdos Highway Administration Bureau. He has been engaged in many provincial and municipal scientific research projects and published several valuable articles. He has rich experience in highway construction and maintenance management.
