Lin-Qi Liu, male, the Han nationality, born in Qishan, Shanxi Province in 1976, Communist Party member, deputy senior hydraulic engineer, university education, He graduated from Shanxi Water Conservancy School. He joined the work in March 1998 and has been engaged in professional technical work in water conservancy engineering. He then studied at Northwest A & F University and Dalian University of Technology and obtained a bachelor's degree. He has published more than ten papers in China Water Supply and Drainage, Shaanxi Water Conservancy, Urban Water Supply, Construction Engineering Technology and Design, China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Market and other magazines. Three of these papers won prizes in the Provincial Department of Water Resources and won first prize for outstanding academic achievements in municipal natural sciences.
Guang-Hong Li, male, the Han nationality, born in Qishan, Shanxi Province in August 1976, Communist Party member. He graduated from North China Institute of Water Resources and Hydro-power in major of water resources and hydro-power engineering. He joined the work in June 2002 and obtained the qualification of senior engineer of the hydraulic engineering deputy senior vocation in January 2018. After graduation, he has been engaged in water conservancy engineering, water supply engineering design, construction, construction, management and has accumulated rich work experience in all aspects. He participated in and presided over several provincial, city, and county key engineering projects and published many outstanding papers in national academic journals.
