He mainly participated in the municipal ancillary projects of the Zhangjiakou competition area of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, the Binhai Road municipal roads and landscape engineering of the Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone, the new Shenzhen Railway Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub Project, the Luanda New Airport Link Expressway Project in Angola, and the Angola Technical responsibility and management of the 9-square-kilometer municipal ancillary project of the Pakistan-Kayasi Phase I.
Wen-Guang Kan, male, born in Haerbin,Helongjiang Province in September 1980, PhD student, senior engineer. He has been engaged in engineering technology and management work at Heilongjiang Highway Survey and Design Institute, Northeast Agricultural University, and Heilongjiang Longge Engineering Design Co., Ltd. As the person in charge of survey/design project, he mainly participated in the survey and design work of Fusui Songhuajiang Bridge, Heda Expressway, Jiansanjiang-Hulin Expressway, Guilin-Sanjiang Expressway and other projects. He has published more than 10 scientific papers.
Chao Sun, male, born in December 1979. He was graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in July 2003, and currently working at Jilin Province Transportation Planning and Design Institute, registered structural engineer. After 17 years of work, he has comprehensively mastered the design of highways and field surveys, and has become a senior engineer with comprehensive skills and professional skills, serving as the project leader and technical leader of multiple projects.
