However, human development has also caused great damage to the ecology, caused great pollution to the environment, and posed a real threat to human survival and development. It is an urgent and arduous task for all mankind to protect and improve the ecological environment and achieve the sustainable development of human society. Therefore, environmental protection is the prerequisite for achieving social development. To protect the environment, and ensure the harmony between man and nature is the prerequisite for further economic development and the guarantee of the continuation of human civilization. So the issue of ecological environment has become a hot topic that attracts much attention from human beings.

Jin-Hui Chen, male, the Han nationality, born in Dongying city of Shandong province in June 1988. He is an engineer of Dongying Natural Resources Bureau and Director & deputy Party secretary of Keda Group Innovation Technology Center. He graduated with a PhD from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) in 2017, while he graduated with a master’s degree from Nantes Central University of Technology in France at the same year. He is now a postdoctoral fellow at China University of Petroleum (East China) and Kodak Group, and a consultant of Dongying Juxian Zhengneng Environmental Protection Technology. His main research fields are resource industry economy, geological resources and geological engineering, green mines, atmosphere, water & urban environment, built environment and equipment engineering, policy innovation and management, environment and gardens, greening, water purification projects.
